Class: Kooky Showgirls
Class Dates: 8 consecutive weeks commencing 13th October

Step right up for a wild ride where burlesque and cabaret meets the kooky! Set to “Jump in the Line” by Harry Belafonte, this routine blends Beetlejuice weirdness with showgirl sparkle. Expect classic Cora choreo, cheeky struts, and over-the-top camp — perfect for performers who love their burlesque bold, bizarre, and a little bit bananas. Shake senora, and let the haunting hilarity begin!

TUESDAY’S: PADDINGTON PLAY CENTRE

Class: Showgirl Prawns
Class Dates: 8 consecutive weeks commencing 14th October

What's more Australian than lining up for an hour at Christmas to pick up a kilo or two of delicious prawns? Step into the silly season in style with this prawn-tastic routine! Dancing prawns take centre stage, with sparkling showgirl vibes and succulent prawn tail bustles. If you missed out on this iconic routine in 2022 now is your second chance for a taste of classic Lydia shenanigans.
Costume: White bra and bottoms, white feathered headpiece, white gloves, prawn tail bustle, nude tights and/or nude fishnets, silver pasties, nude/white/silver shoe TBD in class

Class: Saucy Christmas Puddings
Class Dates: 8 consecutive weeks commencing 14th October
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Price: $190 Term or $30 per class for casuals
Stay for dessert with this sweet and saucy routine. A revamp of Lydia's delicious donut choreography, this time around you'll be a tempting pudding. Even after a big Christmas dinner, who could say no to such a tasty treat? Classic inspired beginner friendly burlesque full of bumps and grinds, while getting down and dirty with some good old fashioned rock and roll.
Costume: Cut out pudding, bump skirt, nude underwear decorated with white icing and holly, pudding pasties. Nude/white/silver shoes TBD in class.

WEDNESDAY

Class: Asselling Angels
Class Dates: 8 consecutive weeks commencing 15th October

Get ready to sleigh this holiday season with Asselling Angels!
This term, Tink is bringing to life a fusion performance piece blending the artistry of Silk Veil Fan flow and an upbeat ass shaking assels twirling dance to Carol of the Bells.
Track: 2 variations of Carol of the Bells
Costume: White unders, White bump skirt, assels & tassels
Bring yourself a water bottle, silk veil fans and wear something comfortable to move in.
*some silk veil fans will be available for use by students for the classes/performance if required

Class: Christmas Turkey Fans 2.0
Class Dates: 8 consecutive weeks commencing 6th August

You know who never has a good time at Christmas? The motherpluckin' turkies, that's who. Witness them strut their stuff, unaware of their fates as we herd them to the kitchen! Let's not tell them what's in store, alright?
This term, Tink is bringing back a new and improved version of Turkey themed feather fan realness just in time for Christmas Dinner.
Some feather fans available for student use – please enquire when making your booking for availability.

THURSDAY’S: PADDINGTON PLAY CENTRE
When: 6:30-7:30pm

Class: Tech Roulesque
Class Dates: 4 weeks - every second week commencing 16th October
All Levels
Price: $100 Term or $30 per class for casuals
Tech, Tech, Tech, Tech tech tech….. Everybody! (sung like that ‘shots’ song!)
You want tech, you got it! Over 4 weeks, we’re going to cover the lot!
Come to one, or come to all and learn as much as you can so you can sing into 2026 with some mad new skills!
1st week: Feather Fans
2nd week: Boa
3rd week: Silk Veil Fans
4th week: Flags
Wear comfortable clothing to move in and bring your water bottle along with the prop for the tech session that week.
*some props will be available for use during the class for the week - please enquire before booking to ensure they are available for you should you require them
When: 7.30-8.30pm

Class: Fire Eating Sessions
Class Dates: 4 weeks - every second week commencing 16th October
Price: $175 for 4 week term - no casuals
Looking to learn the art of Fireplay or looking to increase your fire skills? Learn from Brisbane’s fiery fairy themself!
Sanctioned Fire Queen by Satan’s Angel, Tink has been performing and training in the art of fire fusion with burlesque and dance for over 8 years.
The course will include Fire Eating, live & dead wick pulls, transfers, fleshing & building combinations for fire performance.
Fuel & apparatus use is included in the course.
*This is not a performance/routine learning class
PRIVATE LESSONS:
All of The Vaudeville Consortium Teachers are available for you to book for one-on-one coaching tailored to suit your needs! Whether you are wanting to work on an existing act to take it to the next level, begin a new routine or simply wish to hone down on some set skills, our teachers have you covered.
Private Lessons start at just $110 per hour in studio and require booking through TVC - contact us for more info or to arrange with a tutor of your choosing.
Fire performance/privates for all levels and various apparatus are also available upon request.

All tuition fees (casuals excluded) to be paid prior to the commencement of term 13th October 2025, unless you are enrolling under the early bird promotion whereby all fees are to be finalized in full by 30th September 2025.
Please note, whilst we cannot offer general refunds, for withdrawing from classes due to medical reasons/covid related reasons, we are most happy to transfer to another term for you or discuss an alternative, please just speak with us directly.
