Learn to hula hoop, expand your skills and get a great workout at the same time! Challenge your body and mind with an enjoyable exercise that has no limits to your imagination and self-expression.

Each class will focus on a number of tricks and building on a sequence for your ability level. This is an ALL LEVELS class.

EQUIPMENT: Please bring your own water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Practice hoops can be provided, but do recommend purchasing your own so you can play at home. Abbii can recommend an Australian shop to purchase from with an Ambassador code.
